Holy Name Receives Distinguished Award

Holy Name is the winner of the 2024 Achievement Citation from the Catholic Health Association (CHA). The hospital received this honor for its work in Milot, Haiti, through Haiti Health Promise. The award was presented to President and CEO Mike Maron at CHA's awards banquet in San Diego on June 10. The Achievement Citation celebrates "innovative programming that changes lives" as part of an annual practice that recognizes "remarkable contributions to Catholic healthcare." This is an impressive achievement as more than 600 member hospitals and 1,600 long-term care and other health facilities are eligible for this recognition.

You can read more about the evolution of Holy Name in Haiti in this article featured in Catholic Health World.
