Aileen Dibra

Aileen holds a B.A. in Sociology & Urban Studies, an M.S. in Nonprofit Leadership, and an Executive Certificate in Nonprofit Leadership all from Fordham University.

Aileen is a nonprofit leader focused on social justice with more than 20 years of experience in the sector. Her continuum of knowledge ranges from direct service provision to program management and organizational development. She enjoys building systems and structures that strengthen organizations, but also thrives in interactions with people and telling the story of organizational impact. Aileen is mission-driven and accomplished in the art of collaborating with diverse stakeholders, cultivating networks and strategic thinking. Aileen began her role as Assistant Executive Director for Peace Ministries in May 2024. Her primary responsibilities focus on supporting programs and organizational strategy.

Aileen resides in Woodlawn, N.Y., with her husband and three children.
